The site holds no rank of its own. Every time you sign in it reads the Cyrannus Empire group and the six division groups on Roblox and sets your clearance and postings from what it finds. A promotion there is a promotion here; leaving a group there removes the posting here.

Clearance

1. 01Civilian.Not in the Empire group, or signed out. Public documents only.
2. 02Enlisted.Any role in the Empire group from rank 1 up. Opens everything filed at member level: the roster, profiles, attendance lists, and any record marked Enlisted.
3. 03Officer.Command, rank 8 in the Empire group. Opens officer records and the Events screen's Schedule button. The Command Center also opens for an officer of a division, rank 248 and above in its own group, whatever the Empire says.
4. 04Command.High Command, rank 9 and above: Commander, Sector Commander, Supreme Commander. Opens command records. What you may set and decide in a division is decided by your role in that division's own group, not by this.
5. 05Staff.Developers and Cyrrarch in the Empire group, or anyone in the Cyrannus Moderation group. Opens the moderation dashboards.
6. 06Owner.High Cyrrarch and the Eternal Emperor.

A record held by a division needs a posting to that division as well as the clearance. Staff are not scoped by division; that is the point of staff.

Bringing a change over

Promoted or moved on Roblox and the site has not noticed yet? Open Account and press Refresh from Roblox. Your clearance, postings and Discord roles are set from the groups on the spot. If Roblox cannot be reached your standing is left exactly as it was; an outage never demotes anyone.

Leave

Going to be away for a while? Ask for leave on the Leave screen, under You in the sidebar: which of your divisions it is for, what kind, from when, until when, and why. Leave is a division's business, so it is for members of the Crownguard, the Military Police, the Special Forces, Intelligence or the Political Council; being in the Cyrannus Army alone is not a posting that takes leave. A day to two weeks, and two weeks a month in all. Three days or fewer is noted on the spot; longer waits on that division's command. Approved, it marks you as away: command sees On leave beside your name, and the weeks it covers do not count against your quota. Press I am back if you return early. The guide Leave and quota has the detail.

Your profile

Every member has a profile, reached from the roster or from your account: your standing read live from Roblox, your postings, commendations, the events you were marked present at, and your clearance history. Profiles are for signed-in members in good standing, the way the roster is.

Two identities, one account

Roblox is who you are; Discord is where staff reach you. One Discord account stands behind one member, so a Discord account already linked to somebody else cannot be linked to you. The site reads nothing from Discord beyond your username and id, and shows your Discord id to staff on any ticket you open so you never have to give it out.
