Write what you saw, not what you concluded. When it happened, where, and who was there.
Your account is on it. A report is filed under the name the site holds for you and that cannot be changed, so the Directorate knows who it is hearing from and can write back.
Nothing about anyone's real life: no names outside Roblox and Discord, no ages, no schools, no addresses, no photographs of people. CYR-REG-011 forbids it and a report carrying it is refused.
A report is read by the Intelligence Directorate and by nobody else. It is not a support ticket and it is not an appeal: those are at /support.
It cannot be taken back once it is filed. If you got something wrong, say so on the report and the Directorate reads that too.
