Who may put themselves forward, the selection, and the Candidate period
Selection is a course, not an event. It looks for the soldier who does the plan, tells the truth about what happened, and keeps training when nobody is watching.
Who may put themselves forward
- 01A Corporal or above in the Cyrannus Army.Or a Private with a Lieutenant's written word in the application. The Army posting is kept throughout.
- 02No sanction on the record in the last two months. And never a ban. An operator is trusted with what the line is not told.
- 03Time to train. The Special Forces train more than any other formation. The application asks when you are around; answer honestly, and expect to be asked again.
The course
- 01Apply from the Special Forces' page, and ask to join their Roblox group. The three answers, then the join request. The application is read before you are invited to the first tryout, and a poor one ends it there.
- 02Two tryouts, a week apart. Both on the Events screen, marked for the Special Forces. The first is the basics done under pressure: movement, weapons discipline, following a brief exactly. The second is a scenario with a team and an objective, watched for what you do when it goes wrong.
- 03The team's word. After the second tryout the operators who ran it say whether they would take you. The Commander decides. Accepted, you are a Candidate; declined, you are told why and may try again after a month.
The Candidate period
Three weeks with a team: four trainings, and one operation as an attached observer who carries nothing that matters. 2 events marked present at a week, and for officers 1 hosted. Leave of up to 3 days is noted on the spot; longer, up to 14 days, waits on the division's command. At the end the team's Senior Operator says whether the Candidate is a Junior Operator, and the command decides. A Candidate returned to the line goes back to their Army rank and may put themselves forward again after two months.
