Analyst to Director: the seven grades and what each holds

The Directorate does not use the ten tier ladder. It has seven grades of its own, and a grade is a measure of how much the Directorate lets you know.

The grades

1. 01Analyst.New to the Directorate. Reads reports and writes assessments under a Senior Agent. Goes into the field only beside an Agent. Reads the Directorate's channels; opens none.
2. 02Agent.Works in the field: collects, reports, and is trusted to be where the Directorate is not seen. Takes an Analyst on their first tasks.
3. 03Senior Agent.Runs a small number of Agents and Analysts on a task, reads their work before it goes up, and writes the assessment from it.
4. 04Field Officer.Commands the Directorate's people on the ground for an investigation or in support of an operation. Speaks for the Directorate to a team leader or a division's officers.
5. 05Section Chief.The command of the Directorate. Runs a section, sets grades below their own, decides requests, applications and leave, and at the Directorate's address may open and close channels, pin, and remove any message.
6. 06Deputy Director.Senior command. Runs the Directorate day to day, holds the ledger and the trace at the Directorate's address, and may order a member out of the Directorate.
7. 07Director.The head of the Directorate, answering to the throne. Advises the throne, may lock the Directorate's address, and speaks for the Directorate to the Empire.

On the site, an officer of the division (rank 248 and above in its Roblox group) may request a role change for someone below them; the command (rank 251 and above) sets roles, decides requests, leave and applications, and opens the group's door; the senior command (rank 252 and above) may also order a member out of the group. Nobody acts on anyone at or above their own role, nor above them in the Empire. An officer is also given Command in the Cyrannus Empire group, which opens hosting and the Command Center.

Rising

1. 01Discretion first, then work.An Analyst who kept a confidence rises before one who wrote a brilliant assessment and talked about it. Events marked present at, time in the grade, a clean record, and the assessments and reports with their name on.
2. 02Analyst to Agent after a month and two assessments accepted by a Senior Agent.Agent to Senior Agent after two months in the field. Above that, when the Directorate needs a section run and the Section Chiefs agree.
3. 03The Section Chiefs advance; the Field Officers request.With a reason on the site that names the work. The Director may set any grade below their own.
4. 04A leak ends it.A member who carries the Directorate's work outside it is ordered out of the Directorate by its senior command, on the record, and reported to the moderation team.
