Who the Directorate takes, the application, the interview and the Analyst's month
The Directorate takes people who notice things and keep them to themselves. It does not need soldiers, though it takes them; it needs readers, writers and people who can hold a conversation without saying what they know.
Who may apply
- 01Any member of the Cyrannus Empire group in good standing.From any division or none. An Army posting is kept; the Directorate is held alongside it, and the Directorate's work comes first when the two collide.
- 02No sanction for sharing what should not have been shared, ever.Anything else on the record is read and weighed.
- 03Able to write.The application's answers are the first assessment the Directorate reads from you. Write them as if they mattered.
How
- 01Apply from the Directorate's page, and ask to join its Roblox group.The three answers, then the join request.
- 02An interview.A Senior Agent or above talks to you, on Discord or in the game, for a quarter of an hour. What is asked is what you noticed lately, what you would do with it, and what you would not say to whom. There are no right answers, only honest ones.
- 03Accepted, you are an Analyst.Your join request is approved, your posting appears, and the Directorate's address opens to you the next time you sign in. Declined, you are told why and may apply again in seven days.
The Analyst's month
A month reading under a Senior Agent: the reports as they come in, the assessments as they go out, and two of your own, accepted or sent back with what was wrong. Into the field only beside an Agent. 2 events marked present at a week, and for officers 1 hosted. Leave of up to 3 days is noted on the spot; longer, up to 14 days, waits on the division's command. At the end of the month the Senior Agent says whether the Analyst is an Agent, and the Section Chief decides.
