Punishments and appeals

Every punishment is recorded on your account on this site, with the reason, who issued it and when it ends. You can see all of it on your account page.

The ladder

1. 01Note.Recorded, not acted on. It counts if there is a next time.
2. 02Warning.A formal record that you were told.
3. 03Mute or kick.Temporary. The length is stated when it is issued.
4. 04Ban.Temporary or permanent, in game, on this site, or both.

Staff normally move up the ladder one step at a time. A serious offence skips steps. Exploiting, sharing personal information and hate speech are permanent bans on the first offence.

Appeals

1. 01Appeal through Support, as an Appeal ticket.It is the only route. Appeals in Discord or in game are not reviewed.
2. 02The person who punished you does not review your appeal.
3. 03One appeal per punishment, unless you have new evidence.
4. 04Say what happened and what you want done.An appeal that only says the punishment was unfair is closed without review.
5. 05A lifted punishment stays on the record as lifted.It does not count against you, but it is not deleted.
