Aide to Cyrrarch: the six grades and what each holds in session

The Council does not use the ten tier ladder. It has six grades of its own, and a grade is what you may do in session.

The grades

1. 01Aide.Serves the Council. Keeps the minutes, carries messages, prepares a session's business under a Councilor. Attends sessions; does not speak in them. Every member of the Council was an Aide first.
2. 02Loyalist.A member of the Council who attends and speaks when called, and may bring business to a Councilor to be put before a session. Does not vote. Escorts nothing and directs nobody.
3. 03Councilor.A seated member. Speaks, moves, votes. Puts business before the session and answers for it. Takes an Aide.
4. 04Delegate.A seated member who also speaks for a division or a district: carries its business to the Council and the Council's answer back. Sits with the Councilors, and is one.
5. 05Senior Councilor.Chairs a session in the Cyrrarch's absence, keeps order in it, and runs the Council's week: what is heard when, who prepares it. Senior command of the Council on the site.
6. 06Cyrrarch.Presides over the Council, appointed by the throne. Speaks for the Council to the throne, carries the throne's answer back, and may close a session.

On the site, an officer of the division (rank 248 and above in its Roblox group) may request a role change for someone below them; the command (rank 251 and above) sets roles, decides requests, leave and applications, and opens the group's door; the senior command (rank 252 and above) may also order a member out of the group. Nobody acts on anyone at or above their own role, nor above them in the Empire. An officer is also given Command in the Cyrannus Empire group, which opens hosting and the Command Center.

Being seated

1. 01A seat is earned in session.Sessions attended and marked present at, business prepared as an Aide, business brought as a Loyalist, and a clean record. The Council reads the site's record like every other division.
2. 02Aide to Loyalist after a month and four sessions minuted.Loyalist to Councilor when a seat is open, after two months and business brought that the Council took up. A Delegate is named by the Council's command for a division or a district that needs a voice, from among the Councilors or from a division's officers who join the Council for it.
3. 03The Council's command seats; the Councilors request.With a reason on the site. The Cyrrarch is the throne's to appoint, not the Council's.
4. 04A seat is lost for silence or for disorder.Two months without a session attended, or conduct in session that the chair had to end twice. On the record, said to the member.
