Initiate to Supreme Commander: the guard appointments and what each holds

The Crownguard reads the ten tier ladder through its own column. Each appointment is a post on the detail before it is a rank.

The appointments

1. 01Initiate.Selected and not yet trusted with a post. Trains with the detail, stands the outer positions under a Senior Guard, and is watched.
2. 02Guard.Holds a post: a door, a position on the detail, a place in the escort. Does not leave it until relieved.
3. 03Senior Guard.Holds the post nearest the principal, and takes the Initiates. The first appointment that corrects another guard.
4. 04Guard Sergeant.Runs a detail of guards: posts them, relieves them, moves the detail with the principal. Takes the roll at the guard's trainings.
5. 05Guard Lieutenant.The first officer of the guard. Commands the detail on the ground, hosts the guard's trainings, requests promotions on the site.
6. 06Guard Captain.Commands the guard on a day: which details, where, under whom. Trains the Lieutenants and inspects the posts.
7. 07Deputy Commander.Deputy to the Commander. Runs the week, watches who is quiet and who is short, sits with the command when it decides.
8. 08Commander.The command of the Crownguard. Sets roles below their own, decides requests, applications and leave, and answers to the throne for the throne's safety.
9. 09Sector Commander.Senior command, held as the same post across the Army's branches. May order a member out of the Crownguard.
10. 10Supreme Commander.The head of every branch, appointed by the Eternal Emperor.

On the site, an officer of the division (rank 248 and above in its Roblox group) may request a role change for someone below them; the command (rank 251 and above) sets roles, decides requests, leave and applications, and opens the group's door; the senior command (rank 252 and above) may also order a member out of the group. Nobody acts on anyone at or above their own role, nor above them in the Empire. An officer is also given Command in the Cyrannus Empire group, which opens hosting and the Command Center.

Advancement

1. 01Trust is the currency.A guard advances by being where they were posted, every time, and by what the guard's officers saw. Events marked present at, time in the post, a clean record, and the word of the Senior Guard who watched them.
2. 02Initiate to Guard after two weeks on the detail and four trainings.Guard to Senior Guard after a month without leaving a post. Above that, when there is a post to fill and the command judges them ready.
3. 03The Commander promotes; the Lieutenants and Captains request.With a reason on the site, read by the Commander, granted or declined with a note.
4. 04Returned to the line is not a demotion.A guard who cannot keep the hours the detail needs keeps their Army rank and goes back to it, with thanks. A guard who leaves a post is another matter, and the standing orders say what.
