New insignia, and the Discord roles redrawn4 Oct 2026
Every rank wears new insignia, the owner's own artwork: on the ranks page, the roster and every profile on the site, and as the role icons on the Discord server. The ranks page shows how they climb, from the standard alone for a Recruit to the crown of the Eternal Emperor.
The Discord server's roles now follow the list the owner drew up. The Army's ranks run from T1 Recruit to General, each of the six divisions has a role of its own, the Political Council's seats sit under the Eternal Government, and there is a Trial Moderator rank. Awards such as the Medal for Distinguished Service and the Generation roles are given by hand.
Your roles still come from Roblox through the site: your role in the Empire group, your Army rank, every division you serve in, your seat on the Council and your moderation rank. The highest of them gives the icon and colour beside your name. On Discord the Empire's Commander shows as General and Developers as Developer.
Tell the Intelligence Directorate what you saw27 Sept 2026
A new page, cyrannus.nexus/report, open to anyone at all: a member of the Empire, someone who has never signed in, anyone. Say what kind of thing it is, give it a subject, say when and where and who, and write what you saw. It is filed the moment you press it.
What you write becomes a document: a letterhead, a reference of its own such as CYR-INT-260927-K4P2, the fields set out as a document sets them, and your words as you wrote them. Your own copy is shown once, to read or to print; keep the reference if you want to speak about the report later in a ticket.
The document goes to the Intelligence Directorate at its own address, in a new Reports channel that Agents and above read, and nowhere else. It is not posted to Discord, not in any export, not found by the site's search. The Directorate closes a report when it has been dealt with.
Nothing about anyone's real life is held: a report carrying an email address, a phone number or an account outside Roblox and Discord is refused on the spot, by CYR-REG-011. A few reports an hour from one place is the most, so nobody can flood it.
A report is what one person says. The document says so on its face: nothing in it is established until the Directorate establishes it, and nothing in it is a finding against anybody it names.
The Directorate's door reads Roblox, and nothing else24 Sept 2026
Who may enter intelligence.cyrannus.nexus is read from the Directorate's Roblox group every minute, so someone taken out of the group is shut out within the minute. Until now, if Roblox itself could not be reached, the site fell back to what it had last seen of you, which would have kept a member who had just been removed inside for as long as the outage lasted. It no longer does: with Roblox unread, the Directorate stays shut for everyone until it answers again, and says so.
Everywhere else on the site an outage still leaves your standing alone, so nobody loses a rank because Roblox had a bad minute.
The register is in force, and the server is tidied23 Sept 2026
The four regulations of 20 September, the six handbook guides written with them and all twenty-five division documents were drafts. They are issued and in force from today, and each carries the date on its revision line. They are the rules now, quoted in tickets and in sanctions like any other.
A change to any of them is asked of the throne, by the command of the division it belongs to or by anyone in a ticket. The register keeps the date of every issue.
On the server: the five division channels that emptied when their roles went are deleted, and so is #lore, which mirrored something the site no longer carries. The Army keeps its channel. The old Security bot is gone; Cyrannus Automation guards the server on its own now.
Nothing forwarded reaches further than where it was written, and the Directorate on a Mac23 Sept 2026
Forwarding now keeps to clearance: a message may only go where everyone who reads it is already cleared for the channel it came from. Out of a channel for Agents and above, a channel everyone reads is not offered and is refused if asked for; a conversation is offered only while everyone in it can read the source. What is said in a conversation stays yours to pass on, as before, quoted as where it came from.
On a computer the Directorate is laid out as a Mac window: the list of channels and the people beside a channel sit a shade off the black of the conversation, as a sidebar does on macOS, with hairlines instead of hard borders; the thread and the message bar are held to a width a line can be read across, so a wide monitor no longer stretches a sentence from one edge to the other, and the panes grow with the window instead.
The keyboard: Command and K goes anywhere, Command and F searches every message, the option key with an arrow moves to the place above or below in the list, and Command and slash lists the lot. The same list is on your own screen under Keyboard.
Smaller things: scrollbars are the thin kind that stay out of the way, and anything reached by the keyboard says so with a ring.
The Directorate, closer to the phone in your hand21 Sept 2026
Conversations are drawn the way a phone draws them: a tail on the last bubble of a run, the day line with the time, Delivered under the last thing you sent until it is Seen, the other side's typing as a bubble of dots, several pictures side by side, and a voice message drawn as its own sound, bars that fill as it plays.
Hold a message, or press the dots, and its menu comes up: the row of reactions to tap, then Reply, Forward, Edit, Pin and Remove with their names. On a computer a secondary click opens the same menu, and the small row beside a message still appears under the pointer.
Forward: send any message on to another channel or conversation you can write in, quoted as who wrote it and where, its pictures and voice messages going with it. Nothing leaves a sealed channel, and a message marked to go after it is read stays where it is.
Go anywhere from one field: Search at the top of the rail, the magnifier on a phone, or Command K, then type a channel, a member, a conversation or a screen and press Enter. Words that name nothing search every message instead.
Mute a channel or a conversation from its Details, and nothing in it counts toward your badges, the tab bar or the window's title, though a message that names you still reaches you. Pin a conversation to the top of your list, nine at most, and it sits there as a face across the top, the way a messages app keeps them. Both are yours alone; nobody else sees them.
Every channel has Details now, with what it is for, who reads it and on what terms, and the people who can read it with who is here now, on a phone as on a wide screen.
Alerts in this browser, on your screen: with it on, a notification says that something needs you while the window is away, with a count and never a word of what was written. Voice messages record again on every browser; a setting of the site's had been keeping the microphone shut.
On a phone the screens have the bars a phone has: one bar, not two, with the way back at the left, the screen's name in the middle and its actions at the right; a conversation shows the person over their name; the Front, Direct, Members and You open on a large title with a search field under it, and the name follows in a small bar as you scroll. The + for a picture sits beside the field rather than in it, and the members list is a list of people: the row goes to them.
The members beside a channel are listed by grade, highest first, with the dot beside each saying who is here now, rather than the ones here first. The same order in a channel's Details on a phone.
A name after @ in a message is the member: tap it for their card, with the way to message them.
The server's roles are the two groups' own ranks21 Sept 2026
The main Discord server now carries the ranks of two groups and nothing else: the Cyrannus Empire group, which everyone is in, and the Cyrannus Army. Each rank is one role named exactly as on Roblox (Recruit, Private, Corporal and so on up to General in the Army; Eternal Civilians up to Supreme Commander, Developers and the Cyrrarchs in the Empire), in the group's own order, under a heading for the group. The pay grades and the extra headings are gone.
The other divisions' ranks are not roles here any more: each division is getting a server of its own, where its ranks will be. Their old channels here are left as they were.
Everyone's roles are set to the new list by the morning pass, or at once with /update, /sync or Refresh from Roblox.
Pictures, voice messages, announcements and two new desks at the Directorate20 Sept 2026
A message can carry pictures: pick them with the + beside the field, paste them in, or take one on a phone. They are shrunk before they go up, shown in the thread, opened large with a tap, and seen only by the people who can read the channel; they go when the message goes.
Voice messages: with the field empty, the microphone button records, up to two minutes, and Done puts the recording up as a message to play in place. Recorded the way your browser records, in a form every current browser plays.
The Briefing is an announcement channel: Section Chiefs and above write, everyone reads, and every post counts for everyone, with the count on the channel, the tab bar and the window's title. Any channel can be made one from its settings. Section Chiefs and above can also write @everyone in any channel to reach everyone in it; naming one member with @ works as it did.
The channels are set out by desk: The Directorate (Briefing, The floor), Internal affairs (Internal, Investigations: what happens inside the Empire), External affairs (Field, Liaison: other groups and communities) and Command. The Directorate's own settings screen adds, renames and moves channels as before.
Conversations at the Directorate look and work like a real chat20 Sept 2026
A direct or group conversation is drawn the way a messages app draws one: what you wrote in light bubbles on the right, what the others wrote on the left, a run of one person's messages joined together with the time under it, in a group their name over it and their face beside it, and Seen under the last of yours that has been read. Tap a bubble for its time; point at it, or hold it on a phone, for react, reply, edit, pin and remove. Channels keep their feed.
Groups have their people in hand. Details, in the toolbar of any conversation, lists who is in it with their grade and whether they are here, and lets anyone in it bring people in, several at once, picked by name from the Directorate. Whoever made the group, and the command, can take someone out; anyone can leave. Someone taken out is out at once.
A channel can be private: read by the people picked for it and nobody else, whatever their grade. Section Chiefs and above set that in the channel's settings with the same picker; a private channel shows a lock and is not seen by anyone left out of it.
Anyone in a conversation can pin a message in it, and the pins of a channel or conversation sit in a strip under its title, opened to the list; a tap goes to the message.
Read means read, at once. Opening a conversation reads what it shows, wherever you are scrolled, and the badge on it goes the moment it does, in the list, on the tab bar and in the window's title, not on the next refresh. A message that arrives while you are scrolled up still waits for you at the foot.
The list of conversations shows faces, the last thing said, when, and how much is unread, the way a messages app does. Starting a conversation, adding to a group and picking a private channel's readers all use one picker: search, tick, and the picked ones stay in view above the list.
Grades in the Directorate are read from its Roblox group as it stands now, on the members list and beside every name, rather than from what the site last saw of each account.
The bot answers slash commands, verifies in one link, and guards the server20 Sept 2026
Cyrannus Automation now answers slash commands, anywhere in the server and for your eyes only: /verify, /sync, /me, /whois, /roblox, /events, /leave and /help. Every one is answered by the site itself, so they are up whenever the site is. None decides anything: /verify and /sync make Discord follow Roblox; the rest read from the site and point at it.
/verify is the shortest way in: it gives you a link good for ten minutes, you sign in with Roblox, press once, and this Discord account is tied to your Roblox account with your roles set. The Verify button and the link on your account still work.
The moderation team has /update, which reads everyone's Roblox groups again and sets their roles to match (or one member's), and /lockdown, /unlock, /quarantine and /security, each written to the new #security-logs with a name on it.
The bot is online, and watches the server: a burst of deletions, bans or kicks, channels or webhooks created, a bot added or Administrator handed out by anyone but the owner is stopped where the bot can stop it and the owner is told; a rush of joins pauses invites for half an hour. It reads no messages.
Roles follow the Cyrannus Empire group's own roles (Eternal Civilians, Enlisted, Command and so on) and the sections of the role list, and everyone's are set again each morning.
Setting everyone's roles keeps to Discord's pace now. Discord takes ten changes to members every ten seconds and refused the rest, which left members with nothing but Verified; the site waits its turn for each and makes a refused change again, reads the server once instead of once per member, and sets a member's roles and nickname in one change. Every pass ends with one entry in #account-logs saying who changed and who was refused, and the roles in an entry are listed in the order of the role list.
The Directorate's address reads and writes like a real server20 Sept 2026
What you send shows at once and the field clears; if it did not get through it stays on the screen with a way to try again. What you were typing in one conversation is still there when you come back to it. Start typing anywhere and it goes into the message field; the up arrow in an empty field opens your last message to edit; removing a message asks first.
Messages take the usual marks: **bold**, *italic*, `code` and blocks of it, a line starting with > for a quote, ||two bars|| for a spoiler that shows when tapped, and links that open. Tap a name or a headshot for the member's card, with a way to message or mention them.
Unread means unread. A message counts as read only once it has been on your screen at the foot of the conversation with the window in front; scrolled up, away or veiled, it stays new. A channel with something new stands out in the list, one that names you carries the count, and so does every conversation; the counts move on their own, and the window's title carries what needs you. Open a channel with new messages and a bar says how many since when, with Mark as read. Mark all read on the front.
Who is typing shows with their headshots above the message field, the moment they start; seen receipts show the readers' headshots and the time; grouped messages show their time when pointed at; categories in the list fold; a group conversation can be named and renamed; a long press on a message opens its actions on a phone.
Every division has its documents, and the handbook covers the whole Empire20 Sept 2026
Each division now holds its own documents, listed on its page: a charter (what it is for, whose orders it takes, what it owes the rest), its ranks and their duties with what each may do on the site and what a promotion rests on, how to join it and what the first weeks are, and standing orders for how it carries itself in the game. Intelligence adds Handling information. The charters, ranks and joining documents are public; standing orders open to the division's members. Twenty-five documents.
Six new handbook guides say how the Empire is run, not only how the site works: The Empire, in one read; Chain of command, in practice; At an event; Transfers, discharge and leaving; and for command, Leading a division and Promoting well. The handbook lists them in the order a member meets them.
Four new regulations: Divisions and postings (one branch at a time, the Army alongside, transfers by both commands), Command and the use of powers (a reason on every change, a decision within seven days, removal for cause only), Information and confidentiality (nothing about a real person, ever; what stays in a division, a team or a ticket), and Accounts and alternates (one person, one member).
The Archive and The project are gone from the site and the sidebar. What shipped now lives under the handbook as What changed. The search finds a division's documents, and answers a member with their own division's first.
The Directorate's address, closer to a real server and harder to get into19 Sept 2026
A passphrase of your own, on top of the Roblox sign-in, asked once a day on each device; five wrong tries and the account waits a quarter of an hour; a screen left alone locks itself; your devices are listed and can be revoked; a Section Chief or above can reset a passphrase. Every entry, right or wrong, and every new device is on the ledger.
Talk the way you would on a server: channels by category, a member panel beside the conversation with who is there now, typing, replies, reactions, edits, a line where the new messages start, names completed after @, and a search over everything you can open.
Direct messages rebuilt: one member or a group of several, the last thing said on the list, seen receipts, a timer per conversation from an hour to kept, a message that goes five minutes after it is read, and a conversation deleted for both or left.
In production the screens run under a strict content security policy, and the Director can burn everything said in a channel.
The Intelligence Directorate has its own address19 Sept 2026
intelligence.cyrannus.nexus is the Directorate's own place, served by this site: channels, direct messages, a members list with who is on Roblox now, and a ledger. It opens for members of the Cyrannus Intelligence Directorate group and nobody else, with their grade read from the group every minute; site staff outside the Directorate have no way in. Sign in with Roblox on this site and you are signed in there.
Each channel is open from a grade up, for reading and for writing, and Section Chiefs and above make, set and archive channels, pin and remove any message. Four to start: Briefing, The floor, Field and Directorate.
Nothing selects, copies, drags or prints; the screen veils itself when you leave the window; a sealed channel shows a message only while it is held; messages expire on a clock the channel sets. Deputy Directors and above read the ledger of who opened what; the Director can lock the whole place.
Nothing written there is posted to Discord, put in the owner's export, or found by the search. The handbook guide The Intelligence Directorate's own address says the rest.
A ladder of powers in every group, leave filed with a division, and a Leave screen20 Sept 2026
What you may do in a group is decided by the role you hold in that group, and by nothing else. From rank 248 in a division's group an officer asks for role changes; from 251 the command sets them and decides its requests, its leave and its applications; from 252 the senior command may also remove a member. In the Empire group, Command asks, High Command sets, and only the Cyrrarch and the throne remove. Nobody reaches anyone at or above their own role, nor above them in the Empire.
Each card in the Command Center opens on three tabs: Members, Leave and Requests. A division's leave requests, its officers' role requests, its applications and its join requests are decided on its own tabs by its own command, and nothing from one group is decided from another. The card counts what waits on you.
Removal from a group: the senior command orders it with a reason and the word typed, the member is taken down to the group's lowest role at once, and the order stands on the record and in #rank-logs until the group on Roblox no longer lists them. Roblox gives the site no key that removes a member, so the removal itself is done in the group by hand.
Leave has its own screen, under You: which of your divisions it is for, the kind, the dates, the reason, what stands, the month's allowance, and who decides yours by name. Leave is a division's business, so it is for members of the Crownguard, the Military Police, the Special Forces, Intelligence and the Political Council; a Recruit in the Army alone is told why not.
The Command Center opens for anyone with a power somewhere: Command in the Empire, or an officer of a division whatever the Empire says. An officer may withdraw a request before it is decided.
Text a member typed no longer carries Discord's formatting into the log channels: a reason written as a link is shown as the words it was.
The Command Center is a card per group, and the site is harder19 Sept 2026
The Command Center is one card per group you can act in: the Cyrannus Empire and each division where you hold a role with roles below it. A card says what you are there, whether you set roles or request them, how many are in it and what waits; open it for the members and the roles. A group where your role is the lowest is not shown.
Command, rank 8 in the Empire, requests a role change; High Command, rank 9 and above, sets it. A division's door is opened by its command, the same command that decides its applications and its members' leave.
A security review of the whole site, with what it found fixed: a moderator can no longer set anyone, themselves included, to owner, nor sanction someone not below them; keys are compared in constant time; every response carries frame and content-type protections; nothing typed on the site can ping the Discord server.
The owner can export everything the site holds as one file, and the site tells #website-logs when it breaks.
Leave is decided by your own division, and the site moves faster18 Sept 2026
Command has four screens, one job each: the Command Center for members and roles, Requests for applications, join requests and role changes, Quota for the week and the leave, Activity for the numbers. The sidebar counts what waits on each.
The Quota screen now carries the leave: who asks for it, decided there by the command of the member's own division and by nobody from another, and who is on it. A commander opens it on their division.
The command of a division is its General, Commander, Section Chief, Councilor and above in the division's own group, holding High Command in the Empire. The same rule decides its applications.
The account screen reads in two columns on a wide screen: what is going on for you beside what stands on your record. The search is the field at the top of the sidebar, not an item in it.
A host can edit an event while it is still to come: the time, the kind, the details, where and for whom. Everyone coming keeps their place, the change is posted to #events and the Discord copy follows. No more cancelling to fix a typo.
A long document lists its sections beside it, and every document ends with the one before and the one after it in its class. The handbook is shelved by who each guide is for.
The sidebar is four plain groups: Home on its own, then Empire (events, roster, divisions, ranks), Documents (regulations, handbook, archive, the project), You. Secondary text is a step brighter, notes keep to a readable width, and prose sits at seventy-odd characters a line. The home cover tells a member what is coming up.
On a phone, a tab bar at the bottom: Home, Events, Search, Account and More, where the whole list lives. A dot on More means something waits on you. Toolbar buttons drop under the title instead of squeezing it.
Who is on Roblox right now: the home screen lists members in the game or online, the roster and the Command Center tag them, and a profile says so. Read from Roblox a minute ago at most.
Time in a role: a profile and the Command Center say how long a member has held their role in each division, counted from when the site first saw it, and Activity lists who has waited longest with what they were marked at. What a promotion needs to know, without a spreadsheet.
On Discord, #inspection now exists for inspection results, and the notices in #high-command and the division channels point at the right screens.
Every screen answers at once with its frame and fills in as it loads, instead of holding the old screen until the new one was whole. A change of screen no longer scrolls its way back to the top.
What the site reads from Roblox to draw a screen is kept a minute, so the Command Center, the roster and a profile open in a fraction of the time. A role set from the site still shows at once.
Leave of absence, and the weekly quota16 Sept 2026
Leave: ask on your account for a kind of leave between two dates, for a reason. A day to two weeks, and two weeks a month in all. Three days or fewer is noted on the spot; longer waits on your division's High Command in the Command Center. Declined, you are told why; a request nobody decided by the day it begins is approved by the clock.
The quota: two events attended a week, marked by the host, and for officers one hosted. Your account shows your week; the home screen says when you are short.
Quota, in the Command Center: everyone against the week, short first, this week or last, by division. Monday's report names who was short. A week on leave, or the week you arrived, does not count.
Regulation eight, Activity and leave, says all of it in the rules.
A search that answers16 Sept 2026
One search over everything you can open: the guides, the rules, divisions, ranks, screens, events, members, your tickets. Nothing you cannot open is listed.
Ask a question in your own words and the sentence that answers it comes first: a rule, a step, the next training, who is in a division, your own tickets.
Typos are corrected, the Empire's own words are understood (CID, MP, LOA, high command), and the last word is completed as you type.
Press the slash key or Command K on any screen for the search palette; the Search screen has the same with more room.
Activity, for officers and above: the last eight weeks as numbers, by division, with who hosted. The roster can be downloaded as a spreadsheet.
Schedule again on any event; a link to a document, a division or an event shows a card with the mark when pasted into Discord.
The home screen tells a member what happened to them this week, and the account lists the first steps until they are taken.
The handbook, event reports, the calendar15 Sept 2026
A handbook of ten guides on how things are done here, from getting started to moderation, each at its own clearance.
Whoever marks attendance can write what happened. Members read it on the event; inspections post their result to #inspection.
Inspection and ceremony are event kinds.
The Empire's calendar can be subscribed to from any calendar app, and each event has an Add to calendar button.
Division pages carry their member count, their next events, who leads them, and for officers how many applications wait.
The home screen tells a member what is next for them: the event they said yes to, an application waiting, an absence in force.
The Command Center can cut the members list to those quiet lately, or away, for an activity check, and High Command can commend from it.
The roster filters by division and by name.
Each morning the site tells #events what is on in the next twenty-four hours.
A ticket left waiting on the member for two weeks is closed by the clock.
Search covers events and the text of any document you can open.
Appeals, bans that end, and the server following a ban14 Sept 2026
A restricted or banned account can open an appeal and answer on it; it is the one thing it can do.
A site ban with an end date is lifted by the clock, and the member's Empire group role given back, unless another ban stands.
Discord roles follow a ban, a suspension or leaving the group: Verified goes too.
Linking a Discord account that already stands behind another member is refused with a plain message.
Names of who is coming to an event are for members; visitors see the count.
Events, applications, the Command Center, the server13 Sept 2026
Events: officers schedule, members say they are coming, hosts mark who came, and that is what counts as activity. Each event is mirrored to the Discord server's Events tab.
Applications to a division, decided by its High Command in the Command Center; accepting answers the join request on the Roblox group.
Away: say when you will be gone and it is not counted against you.
Member profiles, with live standing, postings, commendations and events attended.
The Command Center: roles in the Roblox groups set from the site, requests from Command granted by High Command, join requests answered.
Game bans are live: a ban issued on the site keeps the member out of the experience, with the reason on the join screen.
The Discord server, shaped and gated by one policy: roles from Roblox, log channels fed by the site, a member count, AutoMod, and every information channel filled from the same text the site serves.
A weekly report to #high-command every Monday.
The regulations12 Sept 2026
Seven regulations, first issue, each saying who it applies to. On the site and in #rules.
The site is live6 Sept 2026
cyrannus.nexus: the document register, the divisions, the rank ladder, the archive and the project brief.
Sign in with Roblox. Rank and postings are read from the Roblox groups; nothing is set by hand.
